No Brainer Healthy Mac & Cheese

1 can of evaporated milk (You can use milk from the fridge for this, but evaporated milk is shelf-stable, so you can always have some in the pantry for this meal.)
8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
1 lb bag of frozen peas
1 lb. box of wheat pasta

Boil water and cook the pasta according to directions until al dente.  When cooked, add frozen peas and let boil one more minute.  Drain in strainer and return to pot.  Add evaporated milk and shredded cheese.  Stir and let sit on stove for about 5 minutes to let the cheese melt.  Enjoy!
