It’s June. It’s finally summer. And, (shocker) like some of you, I’m getting around to some projects that I just haven’t had time for. Namely, several of the homes that we staged this spring sold within days, and I just didn’t have a chance to get a post up about them. But I know you are always looking for inspiration, and even though this house is staged, sold and delivered to a new owner, I’m going to share the fun transformation with you, anyway.

The fun part of this story is always the price. My staged homes always sell at or near their asking price, because they are just so scrumptious by the time they hit the market. This one is no different. It sold within 2 weeks, and very near the asking price.
