If you’ve hung around here for any length of time, you know that I believe that organizing can save you both money and calories. Slow cooker baked potatoes is one of my favorite time-saving recipes that you are going to love.
Start by giving the potatoes a “bath”. My little ones like to get into the action. They’ll take any excuse to play in the sink. Pat dry.
Then place baking potatoes on aluminum foil. Cover spray lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt.
If you want to get fancy, sprinkle with crushed rosemary.
Wrap the potatoes and place in the slow cooker. cook on low for 6-8 hours. Oddly, there’s no need to add water to the bottom of the crock.
Garnish as desired. Yum!
By the way, this is approved even by my french fry-addicted kiddos. Let me know what yours think of our favorite slow cooker baked potatoes.
