I developed this simple tool about 10 years ago, and after using it for several years, I included it in my first book, The Pregnant Entrepreneur, but you don’t have to be pregnant to use it.

Last year I was honored to share it with my colleagues in Australia as I keynoted at their annual conference. I’m still hearing from them about how this tool is different than any planning tool they’ve ever used. Simple. Intuitive. Do-able. Powerful.

If you have a desire to make changes and reach some goals this year, especially if you run a small business, then I encourage you to check it out. Write down your goals starting at the top left square and working through each of the other 5. Once you’ve filled it out, run back through your answers in the same order you filled them out, and see if there is consistency in your goals and planned actions.

Then print out your page and post it near your desk or add to your Tickler System so you are reminded to look at it every month.

Filling out out this one little page could be the thing that finally makes your plans stick. If that sounds good to you, I’d love to hear from you, like so many of my clients and students, that you’ve completed your Super Simple Business Plan for 2017.
